When this settings has selected by you then Windows Firewall will oppose or block all unsolicited requests to hook up with your computer, except for requests to programs or services selected on the Exceptions tab.

On with no exception :- Once you go for the Don’t allow exceptions check box then Windows Firewall will oppoese or block all unwanted requests to link up to your computer including requests to programs or services selected on the Exceptions tab. Make use of this setting at that time of much needed defense for your computer such as when you are associate to a public network in a hotel or airport as well as at the time of using Internet that a hazardous virus or worm is spreading terribly. But, to continue with the settings of Don’t allow exceptions all the time in that case some of your programs might not work properly.

Once you opt for Don’t allow exceptions, you have license to send and receive e-mail, privilege to use an instant messaging program or view most of the Web pages. But, several services can blocked from accepting unsolicited following requests that given below :

But, this procedure will gives more chance to trespasser to access your computer with ease as well as you give an invitation to the virus to damage your PC badly. This setting can be used by highly developed users for computer administration purposes or if your computer is protected by an additional Firewall.
